Why Hehar Chiropractic?

I started Hehar Chiropractic because I felt there had to be a better way to deliver healthcare.

Over the years, I've seen too many patients leave appointments feeling rushed, confused, or pressured into treatment plans they didn't fully understand. I knew that if I ever opened my own clinic, I wanted to do things differently. My goal was simple: provide honest, evidence-based care at a fair price and treat every patient the way I would want my own family to be treated.

When you come to my clinic, you'll always see me. I don't hand patients off to assistants, and I don't try to squeeze as many people into the schedule as possible. Every treatment is at least 30 minutes long and is primarily hands-on because I believe good care takes time. I want to understand what's bothering you, answer your questions, and actually work with you to solve the problem.

One thing that has always bothered me about the healthcare industry is confusing pricing. I've seen clinics advertise very low-cost initial visits, only for patients to discover that treatment isn't included and the real cost ends up being much higher. I never wanted to run my clinic that way. At Hehar Chiropractic, your first visit includes both the assessment and treatment for $65. If you come in with a problem that I can help with, I believe you should leave that visit having already started treatment.

My approach to care is based on identifying what's actually causing your pain or movement problem. I don't believe that your body is full of bones that keep "going out of place," and I don't use fear to convince people they need lifelong treatment. In most cases, pain comes from joints not moving well, muscles not functioning properly, or movement patterns that need to be improved. Once we can figure out where the problem is coming from, I can treat it and show you how to maintain your progress through exercise and self-management strategies.

One of my biggest goals is to make sure you don't become dependent on me. I want patients to get better, not become lifelong customers. If someone needs to come back every week forever, I don't see that as a success story. That's why you'll never be pressured into prepaid treatment packages, long-term contracts, or dozens of appointments before we've even seen how you respond to care. I'll always be honest with you about what I think you need and what I think you don't.

I also wanted to make care more affordable. Let's be honest, life is expensive right now. People are already dealing with rising housing costs, groceries, and everyday bills. The last thing I wanted was for someone to avoid getting help because they were worried about the cost. By opening a professional clinic within my home, I can keep my overhead low and pass those savings on to my patients. It allows me to provide quality chiropractic care at a price that is accessible to more people in the Brampton community.

I'm fully licensed and have extensive training in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Whether you're dealing with back pain, neck pain, headaches, a sports injury, or a work-related problem, my goal is to help you understand what's happening, provide effective treatment, and give you the tools you need to stay healthy long after you're done seeing me.

At the end of the day, I started Hehar Chiropractic because I genuinely enjoy helping people. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone return to work, get back to the gym, play with their kids again, or simply wake up without pain. My job isn't to sell treatments. My job is to help you get better, and that's the philosophy this clinic was built on.
